    The lives that many of us live encourage a downward spiral of energy in our bodies. All too often, stress, poor diet, a sedentary lifestyle and even bad posture, all cause our energy to drop, pool, and fester, right where it matters most - in our bellies! This can cause any number of symptoms from constipation, to low sex drive, and low self-esteem, not to mention depression, fatigue and heaviness!

    In order to reverse this downward spiral, we not only need to consider our diets, our thoughts, and our lifestyles, but also the types of movement we are doing with our hips and pelvis. This is where the Shakti Kundalini resides, in our pelvis and hips, at the base of our spine. When we can get her to awaken and rise up, we can push stagnant energy through and out!
